1. 단청반

 단청은 오방색(청, 적, 황, 백, 흑)으로 도채하는 것을 말합니다. 단청의 목적은 아름답게 하는 것 뿐만 아니라 건축물을 보호하기도 합니다. 
 Dancheong means colouring with five cardinal colors(blue, red, yellow, white and black). The purpose of Dancheong is not only to make building beautiful but also to protect wood from ultraviolet and insects.

2. 불화반

 불화는 불교의 경전의 내용을 그림으로 표현하는 것을 말합니다. 불화의 목적은 중생교화와 이념의 전달에 있습니다.
 Buddhist painting is the painting dealing with Buddhist scriptures. The purpose of Buddhist painting is education to mankind and ideology propagation. 

3. 개금반

개금은 기물의 표면에 금박이나 금분을 이용하여 도포하는 것을 말합니다. 개금은 미적일 뿐 아니라 기물을 보호하는 역할을 합니다.
Gaegeum is applying golden plates or golden powder on the surface of things. Gaegeum is for the protection of the item as well as for aestheic elements.
